Europhia Consulting and its affiliates ("Europhia") is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data collected at both the Europhia and TopTalent Logistics Web site ("Sites"), both for those who fill out the TopTalent Logistics registration form and become a TopTalent Logistics applicant ("Applicant" or "You") as well as for non-Member visitors to these Sites ("Visitors"). Please note that affiliates are subject to change from time, and any such changes will be posted via the link to "affiliates" provided here; please check back periodically. This Privacy Policy summarizes the policies of these Sites regarding the collection, use, and transfer of personal data and regarding security measures Europhia employs to protect such personal data. Please be aware that these Sites may contain links to third-party Web Sites, that this Privacy Policy does not apply to such Web Sites, and that Europhia is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or conduct of such Web Sites. By using these Sites, Applicants and Visitors agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
Collection of Information
These Sites collects a variety of personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information from Applicants. Personal data typically is collected as part of the registration process for Applicants, but also can be collected when comments or other communications are submitted to these Sites by Applicants or Visitors, such as submitting a query through the Contact Us page, or otherwise. Before such personal data is collected, Applicants and Visitors will be told the purpose for which the data will be used and will have the choice of whether to provide such data to Europhia. In general, Europhia collects personal data for the following purposes: executive search services and related activities. Please note that if the Member or Visitor decides not to provide such information, the Member or Visitor will not be able to fully use the features of these Sites.
Minors (persons under the age of legal competence, which for most countries means under age 18) are not eligible to become Applicants and may not otherwise use, or submit personal data through, these Sites.
Use, Disclosure, and Transfer of Personal Data
You hereby agree that Europhia may collect, use, store, maintain, transfer, and delete Your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Europhia collects personal data for use in connection with its operation of executive search consultancy and contingency recruitment services. Europhia will release personal data protected by Your User ID and password to Europhia clients (potential employers) or other third parties (Europhia business partners) only with Your express consent, unless releasing such information is otherwise required by applicable law, statute, regulation, ordinance, or court order. Where Europhia does release Your personal data to Europhia clients or business partners, Europhia will first require them to agree to use such personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and only for the purposes for which it was collected. The disclosure of personal data as contemplated in this Privacy Policy may be to a party outside the home jurisdiction of the Member or Visitor. In particular, for Applicants and Visitors based in the European Union, data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the European Union that may not have equivalent laws and rules to protect personal data. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, You also consent to the transfer of Your personal data to Europhia, its partners, and its clients, some of whom may be overseas, in order to deliver Europhias services to You.
Europhia reserves the right to use aggregated data (data that is not individually identifiable). Such aggregate uses could include, but are not limited to, making Europhias capabilities known to potential hiring companies or existing clients (for example, "we have X thousand engineers registered with salaries within your target offering range") and otherwise meeting Europhias marketing and business objectives.
Data Security and Integrity
When You provide personal data to these Sites via registration, such data is stored on secured servers that may be located overseas but that are protected by this Privacy Policy. Europhia takes reasonable steps to protect Your personal data from loss, misuse, or other unauthorized uses, and to remove Your personal data when it is no longer required for its intended purposes. Europhia cannot, however, guarantee that loss, misuse, or unauthorized use will never occur (e.g., that someone will not overcome our security measures), and makes no representations or warranties to this effect.
Changes to the Privacy Policy for These Sites
Europhia reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time and in its sole discretion. If the Privacy Policy for these Sites changes, the revised policy will be posted at the Privacy Policy link on the home page of these Sites.
